'Ingwele' means 'night' in Arrernte. This poster features illustrations the Arrernte children's book Iwenhe Arratintyeme Ingwele? (What Comes Out at Night?) and can be used as a language learning resource in homes or classrooms. Use the Arrernte and English words in the border to spot the different animals that come out at night in Central Australia.

This poster was designed by Arrernte educators and illustrators at Children's Ground in response to Alison Lester’s Imagine.
