Your transformative impact as a philanthropic or corporate partner

As part of the Children’s Ground family, your impact goes beyond immediate support for children and families. Your investment is creating long-term intergenerational and systemic change alongside First Nations people – supporting communities to have agency over their social, cultural, political, and economic futures.

In the future we’re creating together, First Nations people can fulfil their aspirations to be strong in culture, identity, language and utnenge (an Arrernte word meaning spirit), and are celebrated across Australia.

At Children’s Ground, we see the power of strengthening culture, identity, language and utnenge every day through magic moments, big and small:

  • Women empowered with cultural and Western knowledge making informed decisions for a healthy pregnancy.
  • Children in early years focused on learning, after starting the day with a nutritious meal made with ingredients grown and prepared on Country.
  • Elders recording stories and songs to preserve language and pass on First Nations knowledge systems to their Ampes and Wurdwurd (their children).

By partnering with us through a major gift, you play a pivotal role in this vision – the vision of the Elders – becomes a reality.

Whether you engage with us as an individual, or involve your family, clients, workforce, Board, or Trustees in your philanthropic journey, Children’s Ground provides dedicated updates for partners, to share in our successes, and to walk with us through times of challenge.
