Working alongside our experienced Arrernte educators and the Ingkerrekele Arntarnte-areme (local Governance Committee), this position will be responsible for the coordination of primary years learning for children in the Mpweringke Anapipe outstation region. With a focus on community empowerment, the design and implementation of an innovative and integrated approach to primary learning will build on the successful early years learning already established in the region. Our Educators are committed to learning which privileges First Nations culture with the best of Western teachings.
We are seeking an experienced primary years teacher to join our team. You will be dynamic, passionate and innovative. You will have a demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the rights and interests of First Nations people and be comfortable working on country with the dust and heat.
