About the Job

This role will provide support to First Nations children and adults living with a disability to understand, coordinate and implement their NDIS plans. The Coordinator will connect and coordinate services and programs across a range of goals to ensure participants are provided with choice and control, and the implementation of their plan is person and family centred.

About You

This successful candidate will have qualifications in community services or related work and have previous commercial experience in a similar position within the support worker industry. It will require a solid understanding of the Disability Act and NDIS: NDIS Price Guide, NDIS Plan and NDIS Participant Pathway. You will hold a current full driver’s license and have a willingness to undergo a national police check and Ochre Card application (if an Ochre Card is not already held).
