This position will assist in the delivery and support of the First Nations workforce development program, involving both pre and post employment support to the First Nations workforce. Children’s Ground operate a no barriers to employment model and aim to provide employment and pathways for the community through supported, culturally safe employment.
This is a First Nations identified role and requires someone who has solid office administration skills. It is a great opportunity to transition into workforce development and support our First Nations workforce with pre and post employment assistance. The role is part time 2 days per week, one of those days needs to be Tuesday. There is potential for further hours. A current Drivers License, OCHRE card and ability to undergo Police Clearance is mandatory.
