About the Job

You will provide first class Executive Assistant support to the CEO. People skills are vital to this role as well as the ability to write well and be comfortable working under pressure with little direction. You will oversee the Administration functions across Children’s Ground Operations and provide support to the Chair and Board members. This is a busy and challenging environment where you will act as the point of contact between the CEO, Directors, employees and external partners while managing the information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties included but not limited to:
• Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of their daily work routine including
support of personal arrangements that will benefit the CEO’s work commitments
• Act as a liaison and provide support to Board members and the Chair
• Assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and
presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists
• Making travel arrangements
• Support Events and Executive team meetings and retreats
• Manage all aspects of the organisations administration services including oversight of the administration team across the organisation
• Oversight and manage the IT infrastructure systems through supervision of the IT function
and internal communications

About You

Your flexible attitude, sound judgment, ability to engage and relate positively and diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders will be highly regarded. As will your capability to recognise and respond appropriately to issues and situations requiring confidentiality or professional discretion. You will have senior executive assistant and administrative experience with advanced skills in office 365 and a working knowledge of ERP systems. Your experience in preparing presentations, correspondence, reports and dealing with statistical data is essential.
