Reporting to our Regional Director based in Alice Springs. You will have excellent organizational abilities and will assist with management of emails, preparation and drafting of correspondence, calendar appointments and support the executive function of the Central Australia office. This position sits within the Administration team and you will act as central point of contact for communities and families at our Alice Springs hub. The position will work closely with Administration co-workers in Top End and Melbourne.
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual who is confident with MS Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and is able to learn new systems. We need someone who is adaptable and can handle working in a busy community focused NFP organization who can work to and adopt the Children’s Ground approach. The role will suit someone who has worked in a similar role for a min. of 3-4 years.
