Exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative educationalist with experience in Early Years learning. You will be part of a bold independent NFP creating a different future with children, families and communities experiencing the greatest levels of disadvantage and inequity in Australia. Children’s Ground is Australian designed with First Nations people – a whole of community, whole of life approach. Successful candidate will work alongside experienced Arrernte educationalists and be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative and integrated learning. Our educators are committed to early years learning that privilege First Nations culture with the best of Western teachings. Responsibilities extend to early years delivery, community engagement, leadership, program design and reporting.
We are seeking an innovative, suitably qualified and experienced Early Years Educator who has leadership experience and can deliver high quality community based early years learning. Experience with First Nations communities would be an advantage.
