Working alongside our experienced Arrernte educationalists and governance committee and with a focus on community empowerment, our Early Years Educators are responsible for the design and implementation of an innovative and integrated approach to learning and wellbeing. Our Educators are committed to early years learning that privileges First Nations culture with the best of Western teachings. Each day is a little different but Educators meet at the hub and will prepare the vehicles and resources for a day of learning out on country. Some sessions you may also work with members of the Health Promotion team and offer and integrated approach to learning and wellbeing.
We are seeking experienced teachers who are dynamic, passionate and innovative to join our team. You will have a demonstrated understanding and commitment to the rights and interests of First Nations people. Ideally, you will be a First Nations person.
