About the Job

Children’s Ground have been enhancing our administrative activity and participation data system to transform into a Family Information System (FIS). This position will continue that work with a focus on the following four core elements:

  • System Administrator of Children’s Ground’s Family Information System (FIS), including contributing to data system training.
  • System development project coordination for FIS upgrades, enhancements and major releases. Two further upgrades are being planned.
  • Analyse Children’s Ground data to identify trends and generate insights for the R&E team, staff, communities and the organisation. This will include presenting findings to the R&E team and broader regional staff teams and organisational leaders.
  • Contribute to regular data report for senior managers.

About You

We are seeking someone with relevant degree/qualifications and professional experience in data systems development, administration and analysis. You will have strong project management skills and working knowledge of specialist statistical packages. A component of the role is training, so you need to enjoy working with people to deliver high quality training on data entry. Person needs to have excellent attention to detail and be able to plan and prioritise a workload with deadlines. Experience working with First Nations communities would be beneficial.
