The position will work closely with the Operations Coordinator and Deputy Regional Director to ensure the hub runs smoothly. The position has a lot of variety and will entail daily administration, assistance during events, calendar management and creation, credit card reconciliations, ordering and managing office supplies, assisting with travel and record keeping.
We need a born organiser, someone who will take the initiative to establish a process where there isn’t one in place. You need to be confident with the MS Suite (Teams, Outlook) and be able to learn new systems.
