About the Job

This position will work with the Operations Coordinator and the Deputy Regional Director and be the central point of contact for staff, families and community in our Alice Springs office. The position offers variety, diversity and the opportunity to be involved in general administration duties, operational support and office management. You will work with Administration co-workers in Top End and Melbourne to ensure admin support is consistent across all Children’s Ground locations. This role will contribute to the smooth running of our Operations and Administration Group:

  • General administration around credit card reconciliation
  • Organising meetings and travel arrangements
  • Support record keeping
  • Support fleet operations and maintenance
  • Provide executive assistance and administration support to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director and Head of Departments
  • Creation of monthly calendar
  • Support in events management

About You

You will be experienced in delivering administrative and operational support services, with the capacity to be flexible and adaptable while working within organisational policies, systems and processes. You will also have experience in managing an office and working with First Nations communities. You will have strong MS skills – Outlook, Teams, Excel and Sharepoint. Canva skills would be advantageous. Candidate will be required to have a WWCC and undergo a Police Check.
