“I have been living in Minmarama Community since I was three. It’s fun because I get to grow up with all of my best friends! I live with my parents, aunties, uncles and little sister. Minmarama is very small. It has 16 or 17 houses and I have lots of family living in all these houses. I like to go fishing and swimming and doing fun stuff with Children’s Ground. When we’re on our Country we get to go out on the boat and catch sea turtle. We get to catch everything. It has a good school, it’s bush. Everything is good. Bush school is fun, I have lots of family that goes with me. They always do culture there. My families are nice.” – Clifteena Cooper Pamkal, Minmarama community
