This set of 3 cards features illustrations from Arrernte children’s book ‘Alkere (Sky)’, created during Children’s Ground Early Years learning activities about Arrernte words for features of the sky and weather patterns. Mothers, Grandparents and aunties sat with their children to create these illustrations both on country and at our intergenerational community centre. Each card features an English translation on the reverse.
