About the Job

This position is for a First Nations woman with language skills, preferably in Arrernte or other central
desert language, who has a strong understanding of traditional and western health. Successful
candidate will work with western health promotion staff to support individual control and
understanding over health concerns affecting women and young women across the communities
Children’s Ground engage. The role will have a focus on maternal and child health needs, education
and access to cultural health.

About You

We are seeking someone with knowledge, training and experience in health promotion &/or
support. You will need to have a strong understanding of traditional and western health and have
communication skills preferably in Arrernte or another central desert language.
