”We know change is possible when communities lead the way. We are creating a different future with the next generation of Aboriginal children”
Children’s Ground acknowledges and honours First Nations peoples, paying respect to Elders past and present as custodians of this land. In Melbourne they work on the land of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation. In Central Australia they work on the land of the Arrernte People. In the Top End of the Northern Territory, they work on the land of the Bolmo People. In Darwin, they work on the land of the Larrakia people.
The Children’s Ground model has been developed to influence National Reform.
Their focus is on life long well being for every child. They work with designing systems that can best serve each individual. Their five key areas are: integrated delivery, health promotion, early years learning, education, employment and governance.
What I love is that Children’s Ground is a not-for-profit organisation designed with and led by First Nations people to end enduring injustice and disadvantage. Children’s Ground work with and towards Systems Change. As we all know this takes time and resources to be in leadership of systemic change. If you donate your money will be helping this organisation and the many children and families it serves. Thank You so much for contributing x
